2011 Sauvignon Blanc – Napa, CA
This is your ultimate Sauv Blanc. Bright, crisp, with a hint of grassiness and mandarin orange on the nose, Meyer lemon mid-palette and a clean, mouth-watering finish. Great for appetizers, salads, light fish and poultry. Serve at 50-53°

2012 Viognier – Southern Oregon
Honeysuckle and orange blossom on the nose, with a velvety mouthfeel, this luscious white reveals pineapple on mid-palette, giving way to a long finish of vanilla and pumpkin spice. Definitely a big white that will stand up to any kind of fish, chowder or stew, blackened chicken or salmon. Serve at 54-58°.

2010 Everyday Zinfandel – Napa & North Valley, CA
This is a mouth-watering Zinfandel with some great spice on the nose, supported with some subtle oak and soft tannins underlying lush raspberry, white pepper and red fruit. Nice, long finish. When served with duck, chicken or mildly-spiced pork, the fruit explodes! Serve at 62-64°.

2008 Everyday Cabernet – Napa, CA
This is a finely-layered Cab from near Lake Berryessa, blended with some Cab Franc and a dash of Syrah. This starts with nice violet on the nose and black currant mid-palette, with some nice darker fruit, oak and soft tannins giving way to a long, velvety finish. Serve with any lamb or beef at 64-66°.

2010 Everyday Syrah – Napa & North Valley, CA
This is a richly-layered, earthy Syrah made from grapes from three different areas. You’ll find rich toast and jammy plum notes, supported by nice acidity and structured tannins layered with raspberry and strawberry with some light nutmeg to warm it up. Definitely a food wine with any smoked or seasoned meats. Serve at 64-66°.

2007 Gold Old Vine Zinfandel – Lodi, CA
This richly layered Zinfandel shows some of the peppery spice and cigar notes of a world-class old vine Zin, balanced with soft tannins and jammy fruit, finished with a velvety softness and lingering fruit-caramel that reminds me of my mom’s peach cobbler! Almost a dessert wine!
2007 Gold Cabernet – Napa, CA
This is an amazingly soft, supple, layered Napa Cab with a super-smooth mocha finish. Soft, red fruit notes grace the palette. Catch a Cab!
